Private home prices surge 7.3 per cent

PRIVATE home prices shot up 7.3 per cent in the final three months of last year, allowing 2009 to finish in positive territory after a horror start.

HDB resale flat prices start to ease

PRICES of HDB resale flats fell in the first quarter of this year – the first decline since 2006 and a sign that the two-year run of record-breaking gains has ended.
